Your left arm and right arm should form a straight line. Your neck should be toward your left side. Go back to starting position and repeat on the other side. 

3. Bicycle Crunches 

This is a quick, effective exercise to try. Lie flat on the floor on your back. Pull your legs in and fold your knees. Place your hands under your head. Lift the right leg and bring your left elbow toward your right knee while lifting your upper body. Lie back down and repeat with the other leg. 


4. Lifestyle Changes 

If you weren’t already moving for at least 20 minutes a day, it’s important to do that. The above exercises are a good start. Making better dietary choices and portion control will complement your fat-burning activities. 

Add dark leafy greens, whole grains, and berries to your diet. Get protein from eggs, fish, and white poultry. Feel fuller longer when eating beans and legumes. You’ll lower your calorie intake as well. Try to lower your sodium intake to prevent fluid retention.
