Hey Girls! Today I am going to share some very important ways to beat hair fall. Hair fall is a nightmare for people of both genders.
Firstly, we need to understand the main causes of hair fall. Deficiency of B-complex vitamins causes hair to fall. Major sources of B-complex vitamin are whole grains, pulses, yeast, meat and other non-vegetarian sources, green leafy vegetables as well as nuts. So these sources of Vitamin B helps in hair strengthening, new hair growth, reduces hair fall and prevents premature greying of hair.
Egg yolk and milk are also a good source of Vitamin B. Biotin(Vitamin B) is essential for the metabolism of folic acid, Vitamin B12 and pantothenic acid, all these are involved in the process of cell regeneration and in production of newer hair strands. Other good sources of biotin are sweet potatoes, peanuts, yoghurt, soybeans and almond.
Vitamin-A is required for the production of sebum. Good sources of Vitamin A beta carotene are fish, liver oil, spinach, carrots, peaches and broccoli.
Vitamin C helps in increasing the rate of new hair growth and acts as an antioxidant. Vitamin C is also involved in the synthesis of collagen. Strawberries, dark green vegetables, bell peppers, tomatoes, pineapple, cantaloupe and kiwi are good sources of Vitamin C.
Vitamin E is helpful in keeping the scalp nourished and prevents damage from free radicals. Important sources of Vitamin E are wheat germ oil, pecan nuts, walnuts, dried beans, soybeans and green leafy vegetables.
So eat healthily and stay fit that will automatically reduce hair fall and hair damage.
