It’s very hard to see your hair all over your room. When you clean your room you have bundles of hair in there. When you come out of shower there are hundreds of hair on your towel. Do you have some bald parts which you constantly try to hide? I know how tough it is to go through the hair fall period. Its gets so annoying, troubling, worrying. That’s when we try everything that comes our way. From doctors to chemicals to remedies suggested by each and every person. But we hardly follow our age old “dadi ka nuskas”, or the home remedies. Here today we will talk about some remedies which are easy and effective. But before that let us look at some of the reasons we face this problem.
REASONS FOR HAIRFALL:
There can be many reasons for hair fall:
- Lack of nutrients in your diet.
- Hormonal changes.
- Prolonged illness.
- Dramatic weight loss.
WAYS TO CURE HAIR FALL:
This is one of the best known and followed therapies of all times, an oil massage. But I would suggest you to warm the oil a little bit, make it lukewarm and massage your hair with it for 5-10 minutes and then leave it for a minimum of two hours. The work that the oil has to do, will be done in these two hours. Do this regularly and wash it afterwards with a good quality shampoo. You can also add lemon to the lukewarm oil if you have a problem of dandruff but remember after you put lemon, the oil put on period reduces to 30 mins.
ALOE VERA GEL:
Aloe vera balances the pH level of the scalp. It prevents hair loss due to irritated, dry scalp. You can apply the aloe vera gel directly to your scalp. After applying it on the scalp leave it like that for a few hours and then wash with a warm water, preferably lukewarm.
Mix dry amla and coconut oil. After mixing boil them. The mixture turns black in color apply it directly to your scalp. You can use amla in various ways to curb hair loss. It is one of the best remedies for hair loss. You can also soak amla overnight in water and then rinse your hair with it in the morning.
Well this is another great way to come over the problem of hair loss. You can mix curd with black pepper or with honey and put it on your hair. Curd can also be applied without mixing anything in it. But remember it is not oil so don’t keep it for long else it also has properties that can whiten your hair. It is one of the best conditioners known so it prevents hair loss too.
You have to focus on your diet. Avoid JUNK FOOD, and follow a protein rich diet. Adequate protein is necessary for good hair growth. Inadequate protein in diet also leads to hair fall. To add to that have 8-10 glasses of water every day to have healthy hair growth. Eat freshly home cooked food to have better hair. Avoid oily and outside food. Also include iron and vitamins in your diet they are equally important.
REDUCE CAFFEINE INTAKE:
If you already have dry hair then please reduce the intake of tea and coffee from your diet. They increase they increase the dryness of the scalp and can lead to hair fall. So for better hair follow a no caffeine policy.
Well while you are following any of these tips I must emphasize that please wash your hair regularly or at least 3 times a week. Get yourself a good shampoo preferably herbal.
