Today I will be reviewing a hair serum for you all from Matrix brand. Matrix Biolage Deep Smoothing Serum was recommended to me by my parlor lady. I was suffering from frizzy and dry hair problems so when I told her to recommend something to improve texture of my hair she suggested me to try good conditioner and hair serum. I am using it regularly since then and loving it a lot. Read on to know why I love it so much.

My Experience with Matrix Biolage Deep Smoothing Serum:

Matrix Biolage Deep Smoothing Serum comes in a transparent plastic bottle which has a flip-flop cap on top of it. The cap shuts tightly and has a small hole which dispense small amount of product and prevents wastage and leakage. The bottle is also sturdy and compact so you can easily carry it while travelling. The fragrance is pleasant but its mild so hardly noticeable. I wish the fragrance was a bit stronger as I love strong fragrances but if you don’t like strong fragrances then it’s a plus point for you. Little goes a long way, you just need pea sized amount to spread the serum on hair. I have shoulder length hair and I just need pea-size amount every time. Since you need small amount, one bottle will last for many months which make it cost effective. The quantity provided justifies the price completely.

The texture of the serum is like oil but it’s not at all greasy. It’s a colorless transparent liquid which spreads easily on hair. The texture is very lightweight and you’ll not feel that you have applied something on your hair after using this serum. It adds nice glossy sheen to hair which looks very natural. Coming to the effects, after using this serum my hair feels very smooth and soft. I cannot keep my hands away from my hair after using this serum. It leaves my hair with zero-frizz and controls the frizziness throughout the day. It sorts out the knots in my hair and that is why I use this serum before combing my hair so that I don’t need to be harsh with my hairs. My hair behaves very nicely after using it and it becomes easy to manage them. I also keep on straightening my hair regularly and this serum smoothes out the roughness of my hair due to heat. I use it every time I wash my hairs and I have not faced any hair fall because of this serum. So if you are afraid of weighing down hair then don’t worry. All in all, I really love using this serum as it makes my hair very smooth and manageable.

A bigggggg yes. This is the best thing I have ever tried on my hairs. It makes my hair smooth, soft, shiny, frizz-free, tangle-free and makes them manageable too. I am definitely repurchasing it again as this has become my favorite companion during bad-hair day. Don’t worry about the price as the quantity is huge and it will last 3-4 months easily.
