Regina sported a very confusing outfit by Payal Singhal on the day one of SIIMA 2015, at least to me it looks that ways as I am enable to figure out whether it is a lehenga, a sari or a tulle gown.
Well not feeling this look even a bit and the credit go to the badly finished bottom portion of the outfit.
