Hie girls, this is my first review here at this beauty, fashion and makeup blog and today I am here to review one of my favourite lipsticks, “Rimmel London lasting finish Asia”. As the name clearly says that it is specially made for Asians, and being an Asian, how I can skip this lipstick? I am fond of trying different lip shades and I have almost about 15 shades of lipsticks and when I got to know about this shade I immediately bought this for my vanity. It is easily available at local cosmetic shops, so I didn’t need to do so hard work in finding this shade. Let’s move forward to the review.

My experience with Rimmel London lasting finish Asia:

Rimmel London lasting finish Asia comes in a dark purple plastic covering. To be very true I didn’t like the packaging at all. The packaging doesn’t match the standard or the brand RIMMEL. It is very usual and simple. But the plus point of its packaging is its small size. It is hardly equal to your palm size and fits easily in your palm. And that’s why it is so travel friendly. I can keep it with me all the day long.

The aroma of Rimmel London lasting finish Asia is nice and very light, that you can scarcely smell it. But it is not an issue after all it’s a lipstick not a perfume. It smells more like a strawberry pie.

The shade of Rimmel London lasting finish Asia is very unique. It gives you a creamy shade of pink with slight effect of coffee shade too. I really like this shade. It gives a nice matte finish to my lips. But it doesn’t stay for a very long time. It hardly stays for 4 hours. So, forget about 8 hours. It’s just myth created by the company that it will stay for a long time.  And I really hate this con.

The texture of Rimmel London lasting finish Asia is very smooth and creamy. It easily spreads on my lips appropriately. It never looks bad on me, no matter when I am using it, in day time or at night, it always looks good. It makes my lips look so smooth.

A better thing about Rimmel London lasting finish Asia, I found, is that it hydrates my lips well. And the formula is very opaque. If you are not in hurry, then apply it using your finger. I use this trick every time I use my lipstick. It gives a quite smooth look.
