Home Made Body/Bath Scrubs For Healthy And Glowing Skin: Do It Yourself


Using a bath scrub is very important to maintain smooth and silky skin. Body scrubbing is very important to remove dead and old skin cells, dirt and oil from skin surface. It improves the skin texture and makes the skin more healthy and glowing. Body scrubbing is useful and important for all skin types but oily and normal skin derives maximum benefit from it. Today I am going to share some home made scrubs with you guys which are easy to make and provides myriads of skin benefitsJ.

 
Oatmeal Body Scrub
 
Ingredients: 10 tablespoons of oatmeal powder, 10 tablespoons of grated pears soap, 5 tablespoons of almond oil and 5 tablespoons of vegetable oils.
 
Method: Mix all the ingredients well and store the mixture in an air tight container.
 
Application: Mix enough water in the mixture to get a thick paste consistency and rub all over the body.

Orange Peel Body Scrub
 
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of orange peel powder, 1 tablespoon almond powder and 1 teaspoon of oatmeal powder.  
    
Method:Mix all the ingredients well and store in an air tight container.
 
Application: Mix enough water in the mixture to get a thick paste consistency and rub all over the body.
 
 
Greengram Body Scrub
 
Ingredients: 10 tablespoons greengram powder, 5 tablespoon of safflower oil and 2 tablespoons of orange peel powder.
 
Method: Mix all the ingredients well.
 
Application: Add enough water or rose water to the mixture to make a paste like consistency and apply all over the body.
