Easy 5 Minutes Beauty Mixes To De-Stress Yourself


Hey girls! In today’s fast and busy life with our hectic schedules we get so much stressed out. So here I am with some quick and easy 5 minutes beauty mixes to de-stress yourself so that the glow on your face remain intactJ.

Oat meal face pack: Take a bowl and mix ground oats with honey. Add few drops of lemon and some milk. Apply the mix all over your face and neck. Leave for 20 minutes and rinse off. This face pack helps you de-stress and improves blood circulation.
Brown Sugar Scrub: Mix 3 tablespoons of granulated brown sugar with milk, honey and a dollop of your regular moisturiser. Mix all the ingredients well and use this thick mixture as a scrub.
Green tea cleanser and eye bag:Green tea contents can be used as a face cleanser. All you need to do is that soak a green tea bag in hot water for around 20-30 seconds then cut the bag and pour the content into a bowl. Add your everyday face wash to the mix for some texture. Now apply all over face and neck, massage and wash off.
You can also use green tea bags as eye bags to de-stress yourself. Take 2 green tea bags, run them under hot water. Let them cool down then place one on each eye for few minutes.
