Hey beauties! Summer is considered to be a season to show off your beautiful toes and dainty feet. But how to make our feet feel good and look beautiful? Confused? You need not to be! Here I am to share few of some very proven tips to help you with this:
Opt for Shea butter:
Shea butter can play a very good or say a major role in taking care of your neglected and chapped feet. Simply follow the following procedure:
You need to soak your feet in warm water for at least 10-15 minutes and then cleanse your feet with a good scrubber say a pumice stone or sponge which will help in removing the dead skin, calluses and rough areas from under your feet.
Take another water tub which is full of warm water and add a teaspoon of Shea butter to it. What’s next? You need to soak your feet in this warm water for another 10-15 minutes. Pat dry your feet with a towel and apply a small amount of Shea butter to your feet to keep them moisturized and smooth.
Use foot cream:
In order to keep your feel supple, soft and to prevent dry and cracking heels, you should not forget to use a good foot cream regularly at night. This should form a part of your daily home pedicure routine.
Wear Sunscreen:
During summer, we tend to neglect the skin of our feet from the harmful rays of sun, so it’s extremely important to slather sunscreen on your feet. Do not forget to protect your feet and remember to check them for sun damage when you go for regular self exams.
It’s a well known fact that coconut oil is very good for moisturizing rough and dry skin. It plays a commendable role in nurturing the skin cells and removing skin impurities. Leave coconut oil overnight and wear cotton socks and you will surely wake up with beautiful, soft, supple feet.
Hope all these tips will help you to keep your feet happy this summer season 😀 . Have a nice day 🙂
