I have combination skin and my t-zone gets oily in no-time during summers. Anything which claims to remove oil from face attracts me instantly. So, when I saw Olay Clarity Fresh Cleanser Face Wash in my nearby store, its claims instantly attracted me. Olay is one brand which has never disappointed me and that is why I picked this face wash without giving it a second thought. I am using it regularly from the past 20-25 days and today I will be reviewing it for you all. Read on to know how it fared. 🙂

My Experience with Olay Clarity Fresh Cleanser Face Wash:
Olay Clarity Fresh Cleanser Face Wash comes in a white and blue plastic tube packaging with a cap on top. The cap is tight and avoids leakage which makes it travel-friendly. The packaging is ordinary and there is nothing special in it. Since, the packaging is opaque you cannot see the amount of product remaining. The face wash has very mild fragrance which is not at all bothersome. If you dislike strong fragrances then this will be perfect for you as the fragrance is hardly noticeable.
The texture of the face wash is little creamy but it lathers really well. Little goes a long way and you just need tiny amount to lather it up. It spreads easily and rinsing it off is also easy. In just 2-3 splashes of water it gets removed easily without leaving any slippery feeling behind. After washing, it makes my face squeaky clean and removes dirt completely. It also claims to remove makeup but it only removes light makeup like compact powder and non-waterproof makeup. So, don’t expect it to work as a makeup remover as it doesn’t remove makeup completely from face. I have oily skin but this face wash controls oil secretion for 2-3 hours which I think is commendable as Delhi is burning hot these days. I always carry this face wash in my tote and wash my face with it in college, it refreshes my face instantly. It controls oil from face without making skin dry. But that doesn’t mean it will suit people with dry skin, this face wash is meant to be used by people having combination and oily skin type. I am using it since long and haven’t faced any breakout yet. It’s non-comedogenic so it doesn’t clog pore which is a plus point for oily skin.
Overall, I really like this face wash and would repurchase it again once it’s over. If you have oily to combination skin then you can give it a try as the price is very reasonable.
