It was an icy-hued Georges Chakra dress for Kangana for collecting her third National Award yesterday in the capital. The dress is damn beautiful and Ms. Ranaut looked divine though a part of me wanted her to go the ethnic route! But everything aside…congrats and more power to you gal!
