Alia picked a Victoria Scandale dress featuring outward facing panels/flaps while at the Udta Punjab Press Meet. She completed the look with strappy metallic sandals and a bright lip color.
Well the dress with those flaps was a tricky one to pull off, at the very first glance they looked quite weird to me but the more I look the less I mind them and the credit for this goes to Ms. Bhatt who made the dress work for her as she carried it effortlessly.
