I am a fitness freak and a gym maniac and this being my first post here at Beauty and Fashion Freaks I thought why not start with something which interests me the most, something that gives me a pump literally and otherwise. Being a gym going freak I have always wanted something extra from my workouts, always wanted to push myself a little more with each set I do, as time passed by and I matured I needed something for that extra push thus I opted for a pre-work out for myself. I was suggested this pre-work out named jack 3-d by my trainer and after reading the details I went for it. So here I am today after a month of its use writing a review of it, sharing with you my experience with the product and its result so that you have a primary source of information relating to this product before you decide and buy.
Supplement facts:
The product comes in a small bucket with its net weight being 230 grams approx. it has advanced creatine ratio (monohydrate) and other ingredients like nitrate blast, beta alanine, yohimbe extract schisandra chinensis (fruit) extract and rhodiola rosea (root) extract. To add to these it also contains 100mg of caffeine to its content.
Serving size- 1 scoop (5.1 grams)

It also includes some other ingredients like citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, calcium silicate etc. This product given by USPLABS is a very strong pre-work out and gives the athletes great energy and focus.
How to use??
Well this pack is filled with great energy boosting contents. You need to mix 1 ultra-concentrated scoop (5.1 grams) in 225 – 300 ml of water. Then shake the contents properly. Take this product prior to the work out at least 30 minutes and at most 45 minutes before you hit the gym. You can also increase the scoops gradually after a minimum three times of its use by half a scoop or even one full scoop. But do not in any condition increase the consumption more than two scoops. Remember not to use this product more than 5 times in a 7 day period. It is also suggested to shake the contents of the container prior to use as some of its content might settle down at the bottom and give you a not so well mixed scoop. Have at least 3.7 liters of fluid for men and 2.7 liters of water for women per day during its consumption.
How is its performance??
As soon as you drink the contents from your shaker you can feel something has entered into your system which is giving you a boost. The product gives you great energy for workouts and you can see you performance get better day by day. You can feel you are getting stronger and gaining stamina every time you run on the treadmill or lift weights. On biceps day you can feel the blood rushing into your muscles and feel the pump like never before. There are many products in the market and I have used a few but I would rate this one just at the top. It gives you immense concentration and you can focus on the exercise and more specifically on the part you are training. I would say I am satisfied with the product, plus I purchased the product for just 2200 rupees which is not much when you compare it to other products in the similar category. In this range you can only get Neurocore which is a light pre-workout and it gives power which is not even comparable with this pack.
Taste and mix ability:
Well I bought blue raspberry flavor and it tastes good. I like the taste and the mix ability is also good. You just need to mix some more water after you finish having the mix to clear the left over creatine in the shaker. But that’s fine it happens with every product!
Things you should keep in mind while using this product:
This product is not meant for people suffering from any diseases and is certainly not for children below the age of 18 years. Secondly, do not use this product with other caffeine containing products like coffee and tea. Thirdly, also do not combine with any other medicines if you are suffering from any illness. Fourthly, do not combine this product with alcohol in any circumstances.
All and all I would give this product a thumbs up, and keeping in mind its price it is a great buy. I would surely recommend this to a friend.
